
I’ve sat through far too may occupational health and workplace safety presentations to have missed this one!

With the benefit of 20/20 hindsight vision we can easily accuse Sarah (and Abraham!) of having no faith. But, really, wouldn’t we laugh too?

What is the lesson here? That God provides? That we should always remain faithful in giving? Both?

It may seem strange to those of us who feel comfortable in cyberspace, but there are those who’d doubt the validity of an online gathering. More on this for another day!

I love spotting echoes of the books of the Bible within and across each other.

I know, I know … there is more to these chapters than the names! However, they’re still pretty cool. :)

This one is for the speakers and preachers whose anxious faces dart about looking for signs of life amongst the audience. It’s not all about you or what you’re saying; sometimes some people are plain out tired.

I may be reading too much into this text, but it occurred to me that because our bodies are a temple for the Holy Spirit we should also be a ‘house of prayer’ and not a den of thieves.
